As long as the watch is brand new in plastic. You can contact us for return and exchange. But you will have to pay shipping fee for all the ways.

If the watch parts I purchased does not fit my watch. Can I return for refund?

Yes. You can. As long as the watchband is brand new in plastic. You can contact us for refund less shipping. 

If the watch is defective or incorrect when I receive it. Can I return for replacement or full refund? 

Yes. You can. Please keep the watch in brand new condition, then contact us within 7 days from delivery date about defective or incorrect item, we will instruct you how to return it and get either replacement or full refund.  

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we received return package, your money will be refunded to the original form of payment. Refund takes up to 25 days to show in your account.
