| This watch is great but the one I received does not match the description.
I ordered this watch because the description says it's a 42mm diameter, but the watch I received is a 44mm.
I have a very thin wrist so I can't wear this watch.
I can't return it because it's out of time. The product could not be delivered where I live, so I actually got it too late to return it.

| I ordered this watch as 42mm diameter but the watch I received is a 44mm.
When I posted a review on this site, I received an email from the customer service asking me :
"Pls use the tool Digital Caliper Electronic Ruler Measuring to measure it and send us a pic to confirm. We'll submit to our factory to check".
I sent the photo as required almost 1 month ago, and I was expecting at least a reply but nothing, despite request messages.
This is the second watch I buy on this site. The 1st one had a major manufacturing defect which I informed customer service but which was not taken into account. And now I face the same situation.
This attitude is neither professional nor respectful of the client. I let everyone draw conclusions about the seriousness of this sales site. | |
